Information for Traders and Exhibitors

Over the twelve years that the event has been running we've made many changes to meet the needs of the thousands of visitors who attend. Some have been for the benefit of the exhibitors but the majority of changes have been for everyone. We try our best to make everyone’s day enjoyable and prosperous.

Attendance is on average 8,000, with a record year of 10,000. We have consistently been praised for having good attractions, which provide value for money for the public who come back to the Fair each year.

The popularity of the Craft and Trade stands has resulted in many of the exhibitions having a very successful show. Some of last year’s exhibitors have written to say that the event was enjoyable, pleasant and had a relaxed atmosphere. It was also the first year we had a food hall in which we promoted local produce and catering services. We hope to expand and hope that producers will attend and make the food hall a exciting place to sample the delights of locally produced products.

The covered exhibition space is available within freestanding marquees, which is carpeted to keep dust and dirt to a minimum. Its spaciousness enables each stand to be seen clearly and allows free movement of prospective customers. Outside pitches are also available.

We aim to give everyone the best possible arena from which to sell his or her goods.
